Wholesale Accounts
1. Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale accounts. To apply, please create an account on our website and email a copy of your tax reseller certificate to orders@biedermannandsons.com. A member of our team will review your request and grant access to our wholesale website.
Orders & Processing
2. I just placed my order, what happens next?
Each order has its own processing time. Please review the product page for specific processing details. While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, some items require assembly and may take the full processing time before shipping.
3. What is the purpose of my order number?
Your order number is the fastest way for us to locate your invoice. Keep it handy if you contact us about your order or shipping status. It is included in your order confirmation email and in your account dashboard if you created an account.
Shipping & Tracking
4. When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking information becomes available once your order is scanned and picked up by UPS. There may be a short delay, as we ensure the tracking shows movement before sending the update.
5. When can I expect my order to arrive?
With standard ground shipping, orders typically arrive within five business days after shipment. Non-expedited orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the item. Expedited shipping is not delivered on weekends unless arranged by phone with a sales associate.
6. How fast is expedited shipping?
Most expedited orders leave our warehouse the same or next business day, depending on the order time. Please note that UPS does not count the shipping day or weekends as transit days unless Saturday delivery is selected.
- 2nd Day Air: Delivered within three business days after shipment (e.g., ships Thursday, arrives Monday).
- 3-Day Express Saver: Delivered within four business days after shipment (e.g., ships Thursday, arrives Tuesday).
7. I’m shipping internationally—how long will it take?
International orders typically take 7–18 business days in transit, depending on the shipping method selected. All international shipments are sent via USPS, and tracking is available once the order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Damaged Items
8. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is new and unused. Contact us and we will email you a prepaid UPS return label.
9. How do I return or exchange an item?
If an item does not meet your needs, please call us at 1-847-446-8150. Our team will email you a prepaid UPS return label and assist with your return or exchange.
10. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damage, after which we will arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid UPS return label for the damaged item.
